Question: What happens if my ship is delayed getting into port?
Answer: You will want to contact the tour operator by calling the local number found on your e ticket/voucher.As a general rule, we will try to delay the tour departure time or provide you with a later departure if possible.
Question: What time do I select for my tour?
Answer: Some tours have optional departure times and some tour departure times vary based on day and ship. If an option is offered it will be highlighted on the drop-down bar. If not, the tour operator will assign the first available departure time for your ship. Suggested tour times listed on our website may not correspond with your assigned excursion departure. Your confirmed excursion time will be specified on your voucher along with Pier Instructions detailing how and where to meet your tour operator and the local operator's contact information.
